Notes on access rights

It is necessary to agree to a few accesses (location, photos / media / files, device ID & call information) in the Google Play Store before downloading. These access rights are necessary to be able to use the app to the full extent.
Unfortunately Google aggregates several permissions, as an app provider you have no influence.
Location:
For localization related to the "Nearby" Lecture Search (and the option to periodically notify you of Lectures in your area), Google will collect a preliminary blanket approval from Google for possible future geo-localization. This right will only be used if and to the extent that the button "Presentations" near you is clicked or the configuration is activated for notification by the user.
Photos / Media / Files:
This permission is relevant to the app only for the Files panel and has purely technical reasons: The thoughts of the day are stored locally in a file in the smartphone's memory and retrieved from there.
Device ID & Call Information:
Again, the permissions of Google are bundled again. Relevant for us are the device ID and the location. These are needed to allow the Google service to send the push messages (daily reminders for the day's thought or for the reminder, if and to the extent that it has been activated) to the devices in question. The device ID for identification is required so that the messages arrive at the right users (considering the configuration). The setting of the stored location (location) for the notification function (push message) is stored in the server and transferred to Google, as far as the function "Presentations nearby" is used for it.
